International Secretary Treasurer Noble is a member of IBEW Local Union 702 in West Frankfort, IL. He and his wife Gina are lifelong residents of Southern Illinois where they raised two beautiful daughters and are blessed with one grand daughter. Secretary Treasurer Noble has served the IBEW in many capacities over the past 35 years includ ing as an JATC instructor, Benefits Trustee, Business Manager, Systems Council Chair, International Representative, International Vice President and was appointed to serve as the International Secretary Treasurer in January of 2022. Throughout his union career, Brother Noble has been committed to grassroots union political action. Recently he helped an historic pro worker, pro union win in his home State of Illinois. The Climate and Equitable Jobs Act, which sets some of the strongest pro-worker provisions for the energy industry and ensured the Illinois nuclear fleet could continue operating at full strength.
