READY, SET, RESPOND!—NRC OPERATIONS CENTER INTERACTIVE TOURS

Join us for a behind-the-scenes experience of the NRC Operations Center, our central hub for coordinating communications with NRC licensees, State entities, and Federal agencies regarding operational events in the nuclear reactor and materials sectors.

Tour Participation Details
To attend an on-site Operations Center tour during the Regulatory Information Conference (RIC), participants must select a tour date and time during the RIC registration process. Advance registration is required; walk-up registration will not be available.

International Attendees
International participants must submit a copy of their passport and, if applicable, visa documentation to InternationalVisitor.Resource@nrc.gov with the subject line “NRC RIC Emergency Operations Center Tour” documentation must be received no later than Friday, February 20, 2026 (12 business days prior to the start of the RIC). Failure to meet this deadline will result in ineligibility to participate in the tours.

Tour Schedule
(On-site Only; pre-registration and document submission required by February 20)

Check-In & Logistics
Please check in at the Tour Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time. Tours will depart from the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center and proceed on foot to the NRC’s Three White Flint North building.

All visitors must undergo security screening and present a valid photo ID (e.g., driver’s license or passport). Masks are optional. Please refrain from bringing large items (e.g., suitcases, luggage) or electronic devices. Photography is strictly prohibited. To expedite entry, we recommend bringing only essential items. NRC staff will accompany participants throughout the tour.
