Victoria Nourse
Victoria F. Nourse is the Ralph V. Whitworth Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center. Professor Nourse is one of the nation’s leading scholars of Congress, the separation of powers, and statutory interpretation. She has taught law at several institutions including Yale, NYU, Northwestern, Emory, and the University of Wisconsin. Professor Nourse has published widely on the power of the President and the separation of powers. Professor Nourse is also the Vice Chair of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. She holds a B.A. from Stanford and J.D. from the University of California Berkley.
