Basia Sall

Ms. Sall joined the NRC in 2007 as a Senior IT Specialist in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO). Since joining the NRC, she has held positions of increasing responsibility including the NRC Leadership Development Program manager the Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO). In 2019  Ms. Sall was selected as Branch Chief for the Service Fulfillment and Delivery Branch in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Prior to joining the SES, Ms. Sall served as Deputy Director for the IT Service Delivery and Operations Division in the OCIO which she held for three years. She has been recognized for work by receiving multiple awards including the NRC’s Meritorious Service Award in 2022.

Before joining the NRC, Ms. Sall worked for seven years with the U.S. Peace Corps serving as the Chief Administrative Officer for the OCIO and other leadership positions at both headquarters and overseas in Senegal and Mali in West Africa.

Ms. Sall was selected for the NRC's 2023 Senior Executive Service Candidate Development Program and completed a rotational assignment with the U.S Agency for International Development (USAID) as the agency’s Chief Data Officer.

Ms. Sall is a graduate of The University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Business Administration specializing in Information Systems and Operations Management and Temple University with a Master of Education specializing in computer science education.
