Andreas Bye
Andreas Bye is Chief Scientist at IFE (Institute for energy technology) in Norway and is heading the OECD NEA Halden Human-Technology-Organisation (HTO) Project. He has been working at IFE for more than 30 years focusing on Human Factors and Human Reliability Analysis (HRA). Andreas is member of the international HRA Society Board. He is the Norwegian representative in the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency’s (NEA) Committee on the Safety of Nuclear Installations (CSNI).
