Matthew Vazquez
Matt is currently ASME’s Senior Director of Standards and Certification. Matt has been with ASME for over 17 years. In this role, Matt oversees all aspects of ASME’s standards development (over 500+ standards) and conformity assessment activities (over 6,900 Certificate Holders worldwide). Matt started at ASME in the Nuclear Standards Department and oversaw ASME's Boiler Pressure Vessel Code Section III Committee, Rules for Construction of Nuclear Components. Matt has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The George Washington University.
