Rajwant Jolly
Raj is the Manager of Quality for Bechtel’s Nuclear, Security, and Environmental Global Business Unit. In his role, he provides management and leadership of commercial nuclear, defense and space, and environmental and security quality programs essential to successful project execution, driving customer satisfaction, and delivering successful outcomes for the company. Raj has over 33 years of experience with Bechtel, having started in Engineering on fossil and nuclear power projects before joining the Quality function. He has held lead Quality management roles on some of Bechtel’s largest and most complex commercial and government nuclear projects, both international and domestic, including Vogtle Units 3 & 4 Completion, Wylfa Nuclear Power Plant in the UK, and Hanford's Tank Waste Treatment and Immobilization Plant (or WTP), as well as leadership roles on key industry committees related to quality, contractor assurance systems, procurement, and supplier quality management. Raj is a member of the ASME NQA Standards Committee and Executive Committee, current Chair of the ASME NQA Subcommittee on Engineering and Procurement Processes, Co-Vice Chair of the ASME NQA Subcommittee on International Activities, and member of the EFCOG Contractor Assurance Systems Task Team. Raj was elected as a Bechtel Distinguished Technical Specialist in 2019 and as a Bechtel Fellow in 2022.
