HyeonSoo Kim
Hyeonsoo Kim is Director of the Pittsburgh Office at Doosan Enerbility. Since joining Doosan in 2010, he has built a distinguished career in the global nuclear power industry. As a member of the U.S. AP1000 project management team, he contributed to the supply of FOAK AP1000 major components, including the Reactor Vessel and Steam Generator. He later moved to the UAE Barakah Nuclear Power Plant (BNPP) project management team, supporting the successful delivery of Nuclear Steam Supply System (NSSS) for one of the world’s largest nuclear construction projects. He then moved to the overseas sales & marketing team, expanding Doosan’s reach across major global nuclear markets. Initially, he was engaged in a wide range of global sales activities involving major components, instrumentation & control (I&C), and services. Later, his focus shifted to business development for Small Modular Reactors (SMRs), where he contributed to enabling equity investment and building strategic partnerships with SMR developers. Since 2024, as Director of the Pittsburgh Office, Mr. Kim has been actively involved in business development and sales in the North American market. In this role, he continues to support Doosan’s presence and partnerships in the region through dedicated service and collaboration.
