Jen England is the Senior Resident Inspector at Susquehanna. Jen rejoined the NRC in December of 2019 and has served as a Resident Inspector at FitzPatrick, and Acting Senior Resident Inspector at North Anna Power Station and Beaver Valley, and an Acting Senior Construction Inspector at Vogtle Units 3 & 4. She is the Co-Chair of Region I DMAC and is a member of the Region I Culture Team. Jen served as the Indian Point Resident Inspector during her previous time with the NRC.

Prior to returning to the NRC she served as the Quality Manager in the Aerospace Industry, Automotive Industry, and Medical Devices.  During this time, she implemented and managed all aspects of the Quality Management System for several companies. She upgraded quality management systems from requirement based to process based and ultimately risk based.  Jen implemented lean techniques for testing and manufacturing processes and including a dock to stock program to accommodate a large increase of incoming inspection receipts without an increase in inspection staff or customer complaints.  She served as the Management Representative, Statistical Process Control Chair, Radiation Manager, and the Safety Manager. Jen worked for Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in their operations program and on the FSAR for the Virginia class submarine.

Jen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering for Rutgers University.
