In response to the direction of the ADVANCE Act, the NRC undertook a holistic review and revision of the baseline security inspection program at operating nuclear power plants. This effort included revisions to the baseline inspection procedures, Force on Force program, and the Baseline Security Significance Determination Process. This exhibit will show how the evolution of these components of the baseline security inspection program fit together to form the new paradigm of nuclear security inspection and oversight.
