Marri Marchionda-Palmer

As Chief Operating Officer, Fleet Operations, Marri is responsible for the strategic vision of operations, support and oversight of the 21 owned and operated reactors in the Constellation nuclear fleet. Previously, Marri was the Senior Vice President, Midwest Operations, where she oversaw the safe operations for three of the nuclear facilities in Illinois, setting the strategic direction for the plants to ensure they’re delivering carbon-free energy to consumers.

Most of her career has been at Constellation’s Illinois clean energy centers. Marri began her Constellation nuclear career at Byron Clean Energy Center where she gained experience in engineering, regulatory assurance, radiation protection and operations. She obtained her senior reactor operator license and promoted through shift operations superintendent at the site. She held a role in the corporate organization as the Executive Assistant for the Senior Vice President of Operations. She served as Regulatory Assurance Manager at Dresden Clean Energy Center before transitioning to Braidwood Clean Energy Center where she served as Operations Director, Plant Manager and Site Vice President before transferring to corporate as Vice President West Operations, Senior Vice President Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Vice President operations. She is passionate about developing other women in the industry and sponsors Constellation’s Women in Leadership Conference.

Marri has a bachelor’s degree in nuclear engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
